✨ 1. Nature of the Work

The services offered through Gaia Transformational — including Somatic Bodywork, Energy Healing, Bioenergetic De-Armouring, Conscious Kinky & Dark Eros Healing, and Energetic Shamanism — are intended for personal growth, embodiment, and spiritual education.

They are not medical treatments, and I do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional medical or psychological care.

Clients are encouraged to maintain regular contact with healthcare professionals for any medical or mental health concerns.

 

🌸 2. Consent & Boundaries

All sessions are guided by clear consent, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
Before each session, we discuss your intentions, boundaries, and comfort levels.
You are free to pause, stop, or modify any aspect of the session at any time.

Physical touch, where used, is always:

• Optional and consent-based
   

• Respectful, therapeutic, and non-sexual in nature
   

• Guided by somatic awareness and trauma-informed practice
   

Any form of sexual contact, erotic service, or explicit behaviour is strictly outside the scope of this work.

 

⚡ 3. Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal information shared via sessions, emails, or forms is kept strictly confidential.
Your information will never be sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

For online or recorded sessions, no part of the experience will be stored or shared without mutual agreement. All data is stored securely in compliance with EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) standards.

🌕 4. Payment & Cancellation Policy

To honour the time and energy of both practitioner and client:

• Sessions must be pre-booked and prepaid.
   

• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once.
   

• Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, will be charged in full unless due to emergency or illness.
   

• Package and mentorship payments are non-refundable, but unused sessions may be transferred to future credit upon mutual agreement.
   

All pricing is transparent and listed in euros (€).

Gaia Transformational welcomes people of all backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, and spiritual paths.

The work is grounded in non-discrimination, trauma awareness, and body-positive practice.

If you have accessibility needs, physical sensitivities, or trauma history, please mention this prior to your session so that your experience can be adapted with care.

Participation in any Gaia Transformational service or event is undertaken voluntarily and at your own discretion. While these practices can support deep healing and transformation, results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
